The Qt SDK includes the tools you need to build cross-platform applications with Qt in a single install.
Be sure to check if Qt and Qt Creator are supported on your platform. *Based on MinGW (download sources) tool set. Does not support VS compiler. **Verified on Kubuntu 8.04 and 8.10.

Don't need the complete SDK? Download source packages of the Qt framework only. You can choose between LGPL and GPL during the installation process.
